Co-owner, choreographer, and dance instructor Shawna Hall-Bowden has a gifted talent that spans over 20 years. Our dance mistress has
performed professionally with City Dance Company, and John Freeman
Modern Dance Company. Ms Shawna's dance studies include ballet, jazz,modern/contemporary, modern dance techniques of Graham and Horton based. Shawna graduated from City College of New York and successfully received her BFA (Bachelor of Fine Arts) degree.
The Elegant School of Modern Dance offers a variety of classes for all ages and various levels in modern, ballet, pointe, jazz and modern/contemporary.We will provide quality and knowledgeable service to our students and introduce the cultural art of dance to the community.
